You may cancel your order within 3 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

This cancellation window lasts for 3 days from the date you received your order, or the date a third party you designated (other than the courier) received the goods.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 3 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, at no additional cost to you.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• The item must be returned within 3 days of receiving it.

• The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized items

• Items that cannot be returned due to their nature

• Items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery

• Items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions listed above.

Shop With Sask

Please use a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the returned goods or proof of successful delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.
