Returns & Refunds Policy (24-Hour Inspection Period)

Inspection & Return Window

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

This inspection window lasts for 24 hours from the date you received your order, or the date a third party you designated (other than the courier) received the goods.

To exercise your right to request a return, you must notify us with a clear written statement.

Try Upon Delivery

You may inspect and try the product while the courier is present at delivery.

If you choose not to accept the product at that time:

  • You will only be charged the delivery fee of 70 EGP

  • No additional charges will apply

Payment Method

All payments are completed through Instapay (EGP).

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is successfully received via Instapay.
We do not process or ship any orders without completed payment.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

Once the inspection is completed, your refund will be processed on the same day via Instapay using the same account used for the original payment.

Please note:

  • A pickup fee of 70 EGP and a delivery fee of 70 EGP will be deducted from the total refund amount

  • Refunds will not be issued without completing the inspection process

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be reported for return within 24 hours of receiving it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature

  • Items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery

  • Items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions listed above.

Returning Goods

We will arrange the return pickup when applicable.

Please note:

  • A pickup charge (70 EGP) will apply

  • Delivery charges (70 EGP) are non-refundable

Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the returned goods or proof of successful delivery.
