Returns & Refunds Policy

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are entitled to inspect and try the items while the courier is present at the delivery location.

If you decide not to accept the order while the courier is still present, the order may be returned immediately. In such cases:

• A delivery fee of 70 EGP will apply.

• No additional charges will be incurred.

Once you have inspected the items, accepted the order, and the courier has left the delivery location, the sale becomes final. By accepting the order, you acknowledge that the items have been received in satisfactory condition. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after the courier has departed.

Payment Method

All orders must be paid in full via Instapay (EGP) before shipment.

Orders will only be confirmed and dispatched once payment has been successfully received.

Delivery & Pickup Charges

• A delivery fee of 70 EGP applies to all orders.

• If the customer refuses the order at the time of delivery while the courier is present, only the 70 EGP delivery fee will be charged.

• If a return pickup is exceptionally approved by the company, a pickup fee of 70 EGP will apply.

• For return pickups from Alexandria, a pickup fee of 120 EGP will apply.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances:

• Earrings

• Belts

• Bathing suits and swimwear
